Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and interpretation of design drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and Subcontract Administrator on contract requirements.
• Maintain daily logs and ensure CPM schedule compliance.
• Perform quantity take-offs and support construction planning and invoicing.
