Location & Travel Requirement: This is a full-time, onsite role. Candidates must be available to work five days per week at project sites in the outside the greater Phoenix area.

What You’ll Do
  • Leading day-to-day onsite oversight of the installation of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems, inverters, and BESS on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Overseeing coordination of cable pulling, terminations, and testing to ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications.

  • Reviewing work plans, construction methods, safety procedures, and schedules for electrical and general construction activities.
  • Supporting inspections, punch walks, permit closeouts, and compliance activities.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation related to site conditions, inspections, field decisions, and project progress.
  • Serving as EPS's onsite representative while building strong working relationships with clients, utilities, AHJs, EPCs, contractors, and community stakeholders.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Experienced construction professional with an electrical engineering background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing electrical scopes including LV/MV/HV systems, cable installation, and energization in a fast-paced field environment.
  • You have a "Do what needs to be done" mindset, taking ownership beyond assigned tasks and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects, teams, and customers supported and running smoothly.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with EPC partners, OEMs, utilities, and internal teams.
  • Excellent at documenting meetings, decisions, and site changes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and construction scheduling tools.
