  • Overseeing electrical installation, commissioning activities, and QA/QC efforts to ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications.
  • Conducting regular site walks to monitor installation progress, identify potential issues, and help keep projects on schedule.
  • Reviewing work plans, construction methods, safety procedures, and schedules for both electrical and general construction activities.
  • Coordinating the delivery, staging, and tracking of electrical equipment and materials onsite.
  • Supporting inspections, punch walks, mechanical completion, permit closeouts, and compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation related to site conditions, inspections, field decisions, and project progress.
  • Identifying project risks, helping solve field challenges, and participating in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Serving as EPS’s onsite representative while building strong working relationships with clients, utilities, AHJs, EPCs, contractors, and community stakeholders.
  • Supporting team development by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior field staff, and contributing to operational improvement efforts.
Who You Are
  • Experienced construction professional with electrical background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing electrical scopes in a fast‑paced field environment.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with EPC partners, utilities, and internal teams.
  • Excellent at documenting meetings, decisions, and site changes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and construction scheduling tools.
  • Safety trained for field work (OSHA 10).
  • Willing and able to travel to project sites across the United States.
  • High school diploma required and additional coursework or a degree is preferred.
