Job summary

NORLEE INVESTMENTS LLC in Summerville, SC is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution for electrical construction projects. Qualifications

• Must have significant electrical construction experience with advanced knowledge of NEC and codes
• Experience leading Foremen and field crews, planning and coordinating field operations
• Completion of electrical apprenticeship or trade training; journeyman license preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and ensure safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for assigned projects and provide direction to Foremen and crews
• Develop and manage field manpower plans, sequencing, and short-term schedules
• Review project drawings, specs, schematics, and scopes to plan activities
• Apply electrical construction methods and installations per NEC and standards
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and progress; adjust as needed
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, equipment, and information with the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with NEC, codes, and company quality standards
• Provide technical direction and resolve field coordination issues
• Lead field safety performance and enforce OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, and energized work rules
• Coordinate with General Contractor, inspectors, subs, and stakeholders
• Oversee deliveries, tools, equipment, inspections, and field documentation
• Coach Foremen and field employees; uphold safety, quality, and professionalism
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Communicates effectively across audiences; fosters open dialogue
