NORLEE INVESTMENTS LLC is seeking a Superintendent for our Charleston, SC projects. You will lead field operations, supervise Foremen and crews, and ensure electrical installations meet codes, safety, and quality standards.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to align manpower, materials, and timelines, while coordinating with inspectors and subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Formación

• Significant electrical construction experience with NEC knowledge.
• Experience leading foremen and field crews.
• Ability to plan manpower, scheduling, and field coordination.
• Apprenticeship or technical training; journeyman license preferred where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate field operations for assigned projects and supervise Foremen and crews.
• Develop manpower plans, work sequencing, and short-term schedules to meet milestones.
• Review drawings, specs, schematics, and scopes to plan field activities.
• Apply advanced electrical construction methods and ensure installation quality.
• Monitor productivity, safety, and quality; adjust as needed to stay on track.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to plan labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure NEC compliance and company standards in field installations.
• Provide direction and resolve field issues; maintain professional relationships.
