Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance in mission-critical environments.
• 2–4+ years of leading technicians and service teams.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
• Manage maintenance backlog and incident response.
