Job summary

The High Companies is seeking an experienced Facilities/Building Maintenance professional for 1st-shift at High Steel Structures in Lancaster, PA. You will plan and perform electrical and mechanical repairs across fabrication shops and offices, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years in industrial maintenance, plus plumbing/HVAC/building maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial/commercial maintenance/electrical preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and building maintenance required.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting desired.
• Experience with repairs of VFDs, PLCs, CNC controls/drives a plus.
• Welding equipment and overhead crane experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• A valid PA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment repairs.
• Perform building repairs across fabrication shops and office areas.
• Work assignments on various equipment, services and structures, including weekends and holidays.
