Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. In this role, you’ll translate the electrical needs of our production equipment into real, permitted, built facilities.

You’ll shape early power and electrical requirements driven by equipment selection and operational flow, inform site selection, and lead electrical schematic design through to construction. You’ll be Hadrian’s primary point of contact with our external Architect and General Contractor partners communicating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional licensure (PE preferred), or clear progress toward it.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical facility or building-systems design.
• Experience designing for new manufacturing facilities, ideally with engineering and production complexity similar to Hadrian’s.
• Working knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70, IBC and power distribution for industrial facilities.
• Proficiency with Procore or an equivalent construction management platform.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Requirements Partnership: Intake electrical facility requirements from engineering, drive the development of the electrical scope from concept to construction drawings for permitting and on-site execution.
• Schedule & Problem Solving: Identify critical path items, manage blockers, apply first-principles thinking to recover time and protect milestones.
• Design Collaboration: Collaborate with manufacturing, construction, facilities, and cross-disciplinary teams to address end-user requirements and ensure compatibility with architectural, structural, and mechanical designs.
• Design Feedback: Participate in design reviews and translate field conditions into constructability feedback.
