Job summary
Hyundai Motor Company is seeking an Electrical Engineer to inspect, plan, and repair facility, machines, and electrical systems within our automotive manufacturing environment. You will oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to support utilities/operations.
Responsibilities include developing and leading electrical installation and maintenance, ensuring NEC/NFPA/OSHA compliance, providing technical direction, and supporting energy-saving improvements. Travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Electrical engineering knowledge including NEC/NFPA/OSHA standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- 0–10 years of related experience desired; 3+ years in automotive manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, coordinate, and lead electrical system installation and maintenance.
- Research issues, analyze energy data, and develop countermeasures for downtime.
- Provide technical direction to troubleshoot problems and resolve issues.
- Develop and oversee preventative maintenance plans for electrical systems.
