Qualifications

• BS or MS in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Field and/or project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual estimating, cost analysis and estimate coordination and consolidation.
• Review the design scope and develop quantities.
• Perform productivity analysis of estimates and prepare contingency, escalation and reconciliations.
