We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Estimator for Public Works in the Construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to join our progressive team and play a vital role in shaping the future of our company. This role will involve a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities

As a Electrical Estimator, you will be a key player in our public works team, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include

• Preparing detailed electrical estimates for public works construction projects.
• Collaborating with the project team to understand and address technical aspects of the project.
• Analyzing project documents to identify potential cost risks and opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical information.
• Participating in bid reviews and presentations to senior management.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in electrical construction and estimating techniques.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably in the public works sector.
• A solid understanding of electrical construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
