Our client in Southeastern MA is seeking a Direct Hire Electrical Estimator. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for:

• Reviewing project documentation and collaborating with Electricians, Engineers, Project Managers, Accounting, Clients, Contractors, and Suppliers;
• Performing onsite job walk-throughs;
• Preparing, presenting, and managing accurate, detailed, and on-budget cost estimates, bids, proposals, and documentation for electrical projects.

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 3 - 7 years of experience preparing and managing detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals for electrical projects in the construction or electrical industries;
• Experience working from project documentation and collaborating with project team members and other parties to ensure timely delivery of materials and services;
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, codes, and standards;
• Solid analytical and mathematical skills;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Experience using estimating software, CAD software, and MS Office / O365;
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness and ability to be onsite daily — this is not a hybrid or remote position.
