Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Electrical Estimating with takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation.
• Experience with Cost Control, budget tracking, and supporting project teams in maintaining financial targets.
• Background in Electrical Contracting on commercial projects.
• Understanding of electricity fundamentals applied to construction.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and building plans.
• Proficiency with estimating software and office tools like Excel.
• Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Technical training or degree in electrical technology, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Field experience in electrical construction or service work is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and professional conduct.
