Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Produce precise estimates of material and labor costs for electrical elements.
• Tender Documentation: Prepare and send out accurate electrical estimates and tender documentation.
• Quote Analysis: Analyze quotes for electrical materials and labor costs to achieve value.
• Technical Evaluation: Evaluate requirements and costs to determine prices and margins.
• Customer Quotations: Create and deliver estimates/quotations aligning with customer needs.
• Collaboration: Work with Branch Manager, Subcontractors, Engineers, and Development Managers.
• Estimating Software: Use Accubid and online bid portals for final submissions.
• Bid Evaluation: Evaluate bid opportunities and meet project deadlines.
• Project Plans: Review and understand project plans, requirements, and specs.
• Review and Recommendations: Review quotes with leadership and prepare risk recommendations.
• Market Factors: Identify escalation factors in the marketplace.
• Bid Analysis: Compare competitive bids after submittal.
• Estimate Justification: Substantiate all aspects of final estimates.
