Eagle Electrical Services, an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Junior Estimator/Estimator in Training to join our team in Plain City, Ohio. You will estimate contract work, interpret construction documents, and forecast project costs while interfacing with Owners, Construction, and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and detail orientation skills are required.
• 5+ years’ experience estimating.
• Accubid experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review and interpret contract documents to develop detailed construction estimates.
• Perform take-offs and estimate quantities within deadlines.
• Define project requirements accurately and obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend pre-bid meetings to ensure complete scope of work.
• Assist in determining project resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during the estimation process.
• Ensure estimates submitted are accurate and complete.
• Facilitate timely turnover documentation from Estimating to Project Management.
