Candidates should have 3-10+ years of estimating experience, proficiency in McCormick or AccuBid, and a strong ability to read drawings. Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of commercial electrical estimating experience.
• Experience estimating projects ranging from $100K to $10M+.
• Experience supporting RFIs, material take-offs, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete take-offs and develop competitive cost estimates.
• Estimate both hard bid (plan/spec) and negotiated design-build projects.
• Collaborate internally for multi-level review prior to bid submission.

Skills

Commercial electrical estimating

Proficiency in McCormick or AccuBid

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Field experience as an electrician or foreman

Comfortable in high-volume bidding environment
