Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a skilled Estimator to perform conceptual estimating, bid preparation, and cost analysis for office buildings, condos, and hospitals in the Denver market.

You will work with General Contractors and vendors, review drawings for NEC compliance, and develop project budgets from incomplete information prior to review by senior staff. The role requires electrical trade experience with strong estimating capabilities and proficiency in cost tracking and Microsoft

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required; related field degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform conceptual estimating and full takeoffs; review drawings and NEC compliance.
Interface with General Contractors/vendors as company representative.
Develop budgets and narratives for incomplete information.
Track cost impacts and prepare cost alternatives; support preconstruction reviews.
