Qualifications

• 6-8 years of estimating experience with a High School Diploma.
• 4-6 years with an Associate degree.
• 0-2 years with a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates from take-off to bid hand-off.
• Work with ConEst Estimating Software.
• Develop cost estimates for change orders.
• Analyze material and labor requirements.
• Attend pre-bid and scope review meetings.
• Compute and submit bids.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Perform on-screen takeoffs and markups.
• Meet with engineers, customers, vendors, and PMs.
• Contact vendors for pricing.
