Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking an estimator to develop cost estimates for routine small projects under direct supervision. You will examine proposals, blueprints, and specs to determine scope and timelines, and create detailed plans with materials, tasks, and schedules.

The role requires ACCUBID experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Word and Excel. You will visit job sites, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and help maintain project logs and progress data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; degree in related field preferred.
• 2 years related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Must pass background screen.
• Experience with ACCUBID preferred.

Responsabilités

• Examine proposals, blueprints, and specifications to determine work required.
• Prepare material orders and other documentation.
• Visit job sites to assess progress and evaluate work.
• Create project plans with estimates, tasks, and schedules.
• Confer with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to estimate costs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
