Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. in Fishers, IN is seeking an estimator responsible for developing cost estimates on routine small construction projects under direct supervision. You will examine proposals, blueprints and specs to determine work, prepare material orders, visit job sites and create project plans with schedules and staffing.

The role requires experience with ACCUBID preferred, proficiency in Word/Excel, and strong communication. All qualified applicants will be considered EEO.

Qualifications

• High School minimum; Degree in related field preferred.
• Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Must pass background screen.
• Experience working in ACCUBID preferred.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficient in take-off estimator planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Self-motivated.
• Positive customer service skills.
