Job Title: Electrical Estimator

Location: Toledo, OH

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review contract documents to understand project requirements and apply to pricing.
2. Submit RFIs for estimating questions by deadline.
3. Perform accurate material take-offs.
4. Review contracts and subcontracts for accuracy.
5. Prepare electrical bids for new construction, alterations, and tenant improvements.
6. Maintain RFI and Change Order Logs.
7. Analyze and interpret construction documents.
8. Process submittals and RFIs.
9. Organize and prepare scopes of work and price proposals.
10. Utilize AccuBid or similar estimating software proficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of electrical estimating experience in commercial and industrial construction sectors.
• Proficiency in AccuBid or similar estimating software.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional.
• Past field experience as an electrician is helpful but not required.
