Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our team and support major utility projects including underground/overhead distribution, transmission, and substation work. This role is hands-on from bid to completion—reviewing plans, attending site walks, preparing estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Review bid documents and job specs
• Attend site walks and pre-bid meetings
• Prepare labor, material, and equipment estimates
• Build resource schedules and assist in post-award budgeting
• Support change orders and project adjustments as needed
• Work closely with Contract Admin and Project Managers

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating or project management experience
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and estimating tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Sage Timberline a plus
