Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an Electrical Estimator in Nashville to join our growing electrical contracting team. You will develop detailed estimates for data center and healthcare projects from conceptual through hard bid, including material takeoffs and labor calculations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electrical estimating experience, a strong NEC knowledge base, and proficiency with estimating software such as Accubid, Trimble, or Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience estimating data center or hospital/healthcare electrical projects.
• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC code, electrical systems, and construction documents.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Trimble, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
