We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team in Millstone within a certified MBE Electrical Installation Firm.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for evaluating electrical project details and producing accurate cost estimates to bid on new projects on million-dollar projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, ability to read blueprints, knowledge of material costs, experience in labor calculations, and proficiency in estimating software.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Software; Auto Cad, Bluebeam and Conest
• Working on high volume projects such as Public Works, DEP, Government
• Dealing with public works, government work for NY NJ.

Skills

• 5 years plus experience as an Electrical Estimator
• Someone who specializes in creating cost estimates for electrical projects, analyzing blueprints, calculating materials and labor needed
• Will be going out to different field sites.
