What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead bid and estimating efforts from start to finish.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to build strong business relationships.
• Prepare detailed cost summaries for labor, materials, equipment, and expenses.
• Oversee both administrative and on-site project execution.
• Perform post-project cost analysis and reporting.
• Monitor compliance with safety and construction standards.
• Use estimating software (preferably Accubid) and PM tools to drive results.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years in electrical construction estimating or project management.
• A degree in Construction Management or trade certification.
• Experience with industrial projects valued at $5MM+.
• Professional communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with project scheduling and estimating software.
