Job summary

One Electric, LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Electrical Estimator to own bids from invitation through proposal. You’ll work with a senior estimator in a modern AI-assisted pipeline for automated drawings, takeoffs, and CRM-driven bid tracking.

You’ll be responsible for judgment, pricing, and scope, collaborating with vendors and operations to deliver accurate estimates and competitive proposals while meeting deadlines and project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial electrical estimating.
• Experience with energy and infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Title-24.

Responsibilities

• Review ITBs, drawings, and specs, and make bid/no-bid recommendations
• Perform and verify quantity takeoffs, then build and price estimates in Accubid
• Solicit and level quotes from vendors and subcontractors
• Write RFIs and identify scope gaps, conflicts, and By-Others items
• Prepare proposals with qualifications and exclusions
• Track bids in CRM and hit every deadline
• Hand awarded jobs to operations with a clean budget and buyout plan
• Debrief won and lost bids to sharpen future pricing
