Job summary

ProTech Mechanical in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator to join our team. Relocation assistance considered for qualified candidates. The role requires 5+ years in Estimation/Project Management within commercial construction.

We offer a generous base pay and bonus structure, hands‑on training, and room for growth. Top base pay ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year DOE, with potential for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5 Years minimum experience in a similar Electrical estimator role
• Experience with Commercial or Industrial Electrical Estimation / Project Management.
• Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets, projects and presentation software.
• Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems; Viewpoint software preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, details and project specifications.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate take off for Commercial Electrical projects
• Maintain contact with vendors and subcontractors regarding projects (submittals, change orders, RFI's, O&M's, etc.)
• Properly process/submit/file change orders
• Properly perform quantity take offs for estimates
• Promptly answer/return phone calls and emails from vendors and customers
