Ultra Maritime is seeking a highly skilled engineer to conduct complex integration and testing of electronic systems for maritime defense applications. You will train and mentor junior staff, interpret schematics, and document results in engineering and quality systems.
Work involves field testing, up to 15% travel, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project goals while maintaining safety and configuration control.

Due to the nature of the programs we support, certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
Conducts most complex integration, testing of products/systems and documents results. Trains, mentors and provides support to lower-level staff.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Normal finger dexterity, and normal color vision. Candidate must be capable of occasional lifting of 40 pounds, waist high, with no assistance.
