Job summary

Technologist, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the 11th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB), Washington DC. The role runs 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties include providing on-site subject matter expertise in performing requirement definition, programming, planning, design development, integration with existing physical infrastructure and other projects, documentation, and project and construction

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience developing plans, solutions, and electrical designs for facility and infrastructure projects and systems.
• Demonstrable experience reading and interpreting design and construction standards.
• Demonstrable understanding of applicable OSHA standards.
• Demonstrable understanding of UFC’s.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site subject matter expertise in requirement definition, programming, planning, design development, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Documentation and project/construction management of facility projects and environmental support for the base.
