The role offers a salary range of $78,000–$99,600, with a dayshift schedule and overtime as needed, plus comprehensive benefits from day one including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, retirement contributions, PTO and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Solid knowledge of electrical principles, circuits and systems.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork; customer service mindset.
• Overtime/weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing electrical systems; create/modify schematics using CAD.
• Test electrical systems to ensure functionality, safety and spec compliance; troubleshoot issues.
• Install, assemble and maintain electrical systems; perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers; communicate with cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks.
• Maintain documentation; create technical reports and manuals.
