Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician for on-site work in Cleveland, OH, under the Space and Defense Group. The role reports to the Business Unit Engineering Manager and involves building and testing products according to engineering instructions in a 1st shift schedule.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Tasks cover soldering, assembly, calibration, testing, and documentation to support compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Use work instructions to build and test products on a component and system level.
  • Perform all steps in the manufacturing process (soldering, masking, assembly, calibrating, testing).
  • Follow documentation, drawings, and instructions from the engineering team to build and test products without work instructions.
  • Create test reports and certifications of compliance.
  • Keep clear and organized documentation for all steps in the manufacturing process.
  • Document and check calibration status of test equipment properly when used for testing.
  • Record all data and analysis from qualification testing in an organized and effective manner.

Job Title: Electrical Engineering Technician

Reporting To: Business Unit Engineering Manager

Work Schedule: Onsite - Cleveland, OH

Our team in Space and Defense Group is looking for an Electrical Engineering Technician to join them. You will report to the Business Unit Engineering Manager and will have an onsite, 1st shift work schedule in Highland Heights, Ohio.

To be considered forthis role,here'swhatyou'llneed to bring with you:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.Otherwise,demonstratedability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, anddemonstratedability to perform simple addition, subtraction,multiplicationand division.
  • At Least 5 years of relevant experience

As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will:

  • Use work instructions to build and test products on a component and system level.

Salary Range Transparency: Cleveland, OH $24.00-$30.00 Hourly
