Job summary

IronMountain Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician in Huntsville, AL to support turbine engine test systems at the Redstone Test Center. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, requiring a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and experience with RF components.

The successful candidate must also demonstrate proficiency in soldering, communication, and individual work. Applicants must be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in applicable technical roles.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, calibrate, and test electrical systems.
• Assemble and wire various components in line with protocols.
• Utilize electronic equipment to verify performance and troubleshoot faults.

Skills

Proficient in soldering (SMT and through‑hole)

Experience with RF components and connectors

Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams

Clear communication skills in multiple formats

Knowledge of propulsion systems

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or Associates Degree with applicable experience
