Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering (master's degree preferred).
12+ years of engineering experience in product development.
Expertise in power electronics, analog circuits, and physics fundamentals.
Authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision to develop senior and junior electrical engineers.
Define the electrical architecture for new and existing products, from concept through production.
Translate system-level requirements into electrical design strategies and product design roadmaps.
Evaluate trade-offs between performance, cost, manufacturability, reliability, and schedule.
Establish design standards, best practices, and architectural principles across electrical systems.
