They have an opportunity for a licensed Electrical Engineer to serve as Electrical Group Manager in their Arizona office.

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced electrical engineer with team management experience in renewable energy projects, especially large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage. The candidate will perform electrical engineering and design tasks for large-scale solar PV, wind, and battery energy storage projects, with familiarity in HV engineering. The role involves providing responsive, diligent, and collaborative support to clients in the renewable energy industry.

In This Role, You Will:

• Serve as the responsible technical engineer
• Ensure quality and workflow — not estimates or drawings
• Interpret and enforce client specs and standards
• Train and develop a high-performing team

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Electrical PE License (Arizona or ability to obtain)
• Design experience in large-scale PV and BESS projects (100MW+)
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
• Direct client interaction and communication skills
• Overseeing project and technical QA/QC
