Job summary

Williams is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a diverse team of engineers supporting operations in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will drive operability, reliability, and safety for pipeline systems while guiding technical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (ABET) with 10+ years in natural gas or related industries; PE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) and 10+ years in natural gas, data centers or related industry.
• PE certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of engineers, specialists to support operations.
• Improve operability, maintainability, and reliability of assets.
• Coordinate with business development, commercial development, and operations.
• Supervise third-party project managers, consultants, inspectors, and contractors.
• Plan, commission, and start-up of new or modified facilities.
• Utilize modeling and data analysis tools for evaluation and solutions.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and optimization.
• Coordinate workforce planning and career development.
• Manage costs with budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling with safety focus.
• Other duties as assigned.
