Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience as an Electrical Engineer preferred.
• Five years’ experience as a technical supervisor / manager required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with motors, machine control systems, and hardware & software development.
• IP/patents knowledge or similar IP experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with customers and across all levels of the company.
• Familiar with project management methodologies; PMP certification a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical team of Engineers and Technicians on-site in Sanford, ME.
• Provide technical direction for development, implementation, revision, and enhancement of products to comply with codes and standards.
• Oversee workload, performance, and personnel development for day-to-day and long-term objectives.
