Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks an experienced electrical engineering leader to drive complex, fast-paced design and development for high-volume production programs in Detroit. You will guide a cross-functional team, translate technical risks into actionable plans, and ensure timely launches.

Strong communication with management, customers, and teams is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred.

• Plan and track metrics; communicate risks and issues to management and customers.
• Ensure timely launches through cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in complex and fast pace EE design & development, cross-function teams orientated environment in developing and/or managing programs for high volume mass production projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of new product development cycles and criticality of time to develop and launch.
• Ability to grasp complex technical topics, key issues, risks in actionable form.
• Experience as a lead (technical) engineer or leading group of engineers
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with teams and Management, customers
• Utilize Microsoft Project for planning and ability to create and maintain metrics. Preferred
• Technical knowledge of driveline systems.
