Zusammenfassung

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group, based in Detroit, seeks an experienced technical project manager to drive development and delivery of electrical subsystems. You will guide the full lifecycle from concept through prototype validation to production, coordinating system, design, controls, manufacturing, and quality teams.

You will apply ASPICE and ISO26262 guidelines, manage schedule risks, and lead efforts to meet cost and quality targets for high-volume automotive programs.

Qualifikationen

• BEng in Electrical or Electronic engineering (Automotive/Systems).
• 10+ years in complex fast-paced design & development programs for high-volume mass production.
• Experience as Scrum Master or leading engineers in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to grasp complex technical topics, risks, and issues for actionable plans.
• Experience with Microsoft Project for planning and metrics.
• Experience with ASPICE and ISO26262 process guidelines.

Requirements

• BE in Electrical / Electronic engineering discipline, Automotive / Systems Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in complex and fast-paced design & development, cross-function teams orientated environment in developing and / or managing programs for high volume mass production projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of new product development cycles and criticality of time to develop and launch.
• Ability to grasp complex technical topics, key issues, risks in actionable form.
• Experience in working as Scrum Master
• Experience as a lead (technical) engineer or leading group of engineers
• Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with teams and Management, customers
• Utilize Microsoft Project for planning and ability to create and maintain metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or advanced degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering discipline, Automotive / Systems Engineering.
• Strong Experience in software project management, risk management and supplier management.
• Knowledge of review techniques and methods.
• Technical knowledge of driveline systems.
• Knowledge and usage of IBM RTC, DOORS, PLM Team Center.
