Position: Electrical Engineering Manager
Location: Remote
The Electrical Engineering Manager oversees all electrical aspects of our utility-scale solar projects, managing a growing team of engineers supporting project execution, construction, and operations. The role involves working with senior management to develop design standards and processes for delivering high-quality, cost-effective designs.
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; PE license required.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in electrical engineering/management, with expertise in power systems, substation design, and large-scale PV projects. Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, PVSyst, SKM/ETAP, MS Office, etc.) is required.
Experience with high voltage, substations, and technical specifications for power plants is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, BlueBeam, Procore, PVSyst, and experience with ETAP or similar analysis tools is desirable.
