Are you an Electrical Engineering Supervisor or Lead looking to take the next step into management, with full technical training and support from an industry leader?

This is an opportunity to step up into a manager position with the full support and investment of leading manufacture, who can provide hands on training. They are looking to develop a leader who wants to build a long-term career as an Electrical expert.

In this role you will manage a multidisciplinary engineering department covering electrical design, controls, service and installation, while working closely with manufacturing and other departments to deliver customer projects from design through to installation. Reporting directly to the VP, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the engineering department, improve collaboration across teams and develop your management experience.

You will be an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to step into management and build your long-term career. Wanting to make a direct impact on operations and building your own technical knowledge in a manufacturing environment.

The Role:
