Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise and recognized technical leadership in Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering team to meet objectives.
• Develop workforce plans and manage staffing resource allocation and assignments.
• Provide technical leadership and drive innovation, risk mitigation and process improvements.
• Establish performance objectives and oversee coaching and career development.
• Lead cost estimating and planning activities for proposals, IR&D, and budgets.
• Manage Electrical Engineering budgets including overhead, capital investments, software and tools.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and drive continuous technical advancement.
• Maintain quality and operational excellence through QMS processes and metrics.
