Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is offering an Electrical Engineering Internship in Pittsburgh, PA.

You will support project teams on industrial and manufacturing facility projects, developing 3D design models and performing calculations, specs, sketches, and drawings. During the program you will coordinate with Electrical, Architectural, Civil, and Geotechnical teams, learn from mentors, and participate in workshops to build professional skills for your future full-time career.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred.

Overview

As an Electrical Engineering Intern for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), in our Pittsburgh, PA office, you will be given the opportunity to perform engineering tasks that will help develop your engineering skillset while supporting our project teams on a variety of industrial and manufacturing facility projects. During your internship with CEC, you will be developing 3D design models as well as performing various tasks such as discipline calculations, specifications, sketches, and drawings. You will also have the opportunity to work and coordinate with various disciplines including Electrical, Architectural, Civil, and Geotechnical.

Through the CEC Internship Program, you will:

• Acquire practical experience applying knowledge from college courses, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with multi-discipline teams across functional groups and locations
• Develop a robust professional network through social events and interactive activities
• Collaborate closely with a mentor in your discipline to tackle real-world challenges
• Participate in workshops to help foster interpersonal skills within the workplace and prepare students for success in their full-time careers
