UEC is offering an internship in electrical engineering in the United States. You will learn fundamental electrical engineering concepts while supporting various engineering tasks, field work, and preliminary design calculations.

You will assist in preparing design plans and cost estimates and maintain project documentation, with training on assigned tasks and a focus on safety and ethics. The role targets students currently enrolled in an accredited EE undergraduate program, with graduation

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering or related undergraduate program with anticipated graduation in August 2027 or later.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated interest in Electrical Engineering or related field and desire to advance relevant skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction with engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Ability to take direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to execute projects.
• Basic proficiency in technical writing, office software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools.
• Committed to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
• Authorization to work in the United States at internship start.
• Preferred: Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.
• Complete training on assigned tasks.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, adhering to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering or related Undergraduate program with anticipated graduation in August 2027 or later.
• At least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated interest in Electrical Engineering or related field with a strong desire to advance relevant skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary range: $23.90 - $32.22 per hour.
