Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering undergraduate program.
• Anticipated graduation August 2027 or later.
• Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Ability to take direction from leadership and mentors to execute projects.

About You

The company is looking for:

• At least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated interest in Electrical Engineering or related field with a strong desire to advance relevant skills.
• Competent interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction with engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Ability to take direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to execute projects.
• Basic proficiency in technical writing, office software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools.
• Proven commitment to workplace safety and adherence to WSP's health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
• Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship.
• Preferred: Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary range: $23.90 - $32.22 per hour.
