Job summary

VAA LLC is seeking two Electrical Engineering Interns for Summer 2027 to work with the Electrical team on real projects that power large industrial facilities. Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Sophomores and juniors are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in electrical systems, power and industrial facilities.
• Curiosity, a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in and learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical design, calculations, drawings and project documentation.

We are hiring two Electrical Engineering Interns for Summer 2027.

Your Role

Curious about what it takes to power a large industrial facility? You'll work with VAA's Electrical team to help design the systems that keep facilities powered, connected and running - while seeing how electrical engineering concepts move from the classroom to real-world applications.

You'll have opportunities to:

• Assist with electrical design, calculations, drawings and project documentation
• Gain exposure to power distribution, lighting, grounding and circuit design
• Learn and use electrical engineering software and design tools
• Work alongside engineers and designers on real client projects
• Collaborate with mechanical, process, structural, general arrangement and other VAA disciplines
