Qualifications

• Must be a university student majoring in Electrical Engineering or related ABET-accredited program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction with clients.

Responsibilities

• Resolves quality issues by identifying problems and providing feedback to the UL Retail customer.
• Communicates and reinforces the UL commitment to quality improvement efforts.
• Assists in developing FMEA, control plans and measurement system analysis.
• Supports development/validation of test and inspection plans for product quality.
• Assists in reviewing supplier and factory issues across the supply chain.
• Analyzes data to determine root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Assists in deploying data, analytics and reporting products and services.
• Conducts data validation, statistical analyses, and data mapping.
• Performs other duties as directed.
