Job summary

Stratus is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to support designers on power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for building and infrastructure projects. You will gain hands-on exposure to electrical design principles, software tools, standards, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

You will work with engineers, attend project meetings, and contribute to drawings, calculations, and documentation while receiving mentoring from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Completion of relevant engineering or technical coursework.
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical drawings, calculations, reports, research, and other project documentation.
• Support the design and coordination of power, lighting, communication, and low-voltage systems.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, field observations, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
