Ardurra seeks an Electrical Engineering Intern in our Cherry Hill, NJ office or Egg Harbor Twp, NJ office. The intern will assist with electrical system layouts, calculations, and documentation under supervision, gaining hands‑on experience across building projects.

The ideal candidate is pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree, eager to learn, dependable, and capable of collaborating with seasoned engineers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Interest in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and building electrical design.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented and self‑motivated, able to work with a team and independently.
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and building electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; CAD/design tools preferred.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical design tasks including power distribution and lighting systems.
• Support data collection, basic calculations, and project documentation.
• Review electrical drawings, equipment schedules, and specifications for accuracy.
• Assist with site visits and field investigations to document conditions.
• Develop familiarity with design software and project workflows.
