We are looking for electrical engineering experts to help train and evaluate AI models. You will create realistic problems with reference answers, write grading rubrics, and compare model responses for technical correctness. Your professional judgment sets the standard that AI systems are measured against.
Design realistic electrical engineering problems with complete reference answers.
Write grading rubrics that separate professional engineering judgment from textbook recall.
Evaluate AI-generated calculations, designs and specifications head-to-head and explain which is better and why.
Review problems and answers across areas such as circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, control systems and RF.
Check answers against relevant standards and codes where applicable.
Document errors in model reasoning and propose improved responses.
Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, plus a Master’s/PhD or 4+ years of professional experience.
Solid design or analysis experience in your discipline.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Working knowledge of simulation tools such as SPICE or MATLAB.
Excellent written English.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Professional engineer (PE) licence.
Industry design experience in power, embedded or RF systems.
Experience writing rubrics or training material.
