This executive role oversees design, standards, and mentoring across high-profile commercial projects, ensuring code compliance and cost-effective electrical solutions.

Strong client leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Ideal candidates are licensed PEs with 10+ years in commercial building systems, ready to guide

Qualificações

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience in commercial building systems design.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex design projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution, lighting, and emergency power.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the Electrical Engineering department.
• Lead the design and engineering of complex electrical building systems across market sectors.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, QA procedures, and best practices.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff while fostering technical excellence.
• Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to support growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, project management, and field ops.
• Review calculations, specs, drawings, and design packages.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Support value engineering and innovative design solutions on projects.
• Serve as engineering lead for major client relationships and challenging projects.
